Messages. Your name, referral choice and message are stored privately to review enquiries, with a 90-day retention target, based on legitimate interests. Submission is optional; all three fields are required. Include contact details for a reply and avoid sensitive information. messages are queued for email notification to hello@abardogooleh.com; delivery will begin once the mailbox is activated.
Usage totals. analytics is off unless you enable it through data in About. with consent, daily totals record time on public pages and active interaction with the field, solely to improve this website. a coarse 12 × 8 field heatmap records aggregated active pointer time by screen layout and mouse, touch or pen; it does not record raw movement paths, individual sessions, typed information or eye attention. no visitor profiles, tracking cookies or recordings. totals have a 180-day retention target. your choice is remembered in local storage on this device for 180 days.
Your choices. Change analytics settings anytime; disabling stops future measurement. Existing combined totals cannot identify your contribution. For message access, correction, deletion, restriction or objections, use collaborate or LinkedIn, quoting your message reference. You can also complain to the ICO.
storage & hosting
your chosen theme stays on this device until cleared. the analytics choice uses local storage and can be withdrawn in About. security uses salted hourly IP keys with a 24-hour expiry; the application does not retain raw IPs. expired messages, totals and security keys are deleted on the next submission or scheduled processing; until scheduled processing is activated, stored records can remain longer during periods without activity. No marketing or automated decisions.
Fasthosts provides web hosting and storage. the hosting provider may process technical access and security logs separately from the application; those logs follow its own retention and access controls. weekly emails summarise opted-in usage totals and field activity. email copies are stored separately in the mailbox and are managed there. External social links have their own privacy practices.
