Hosein Shahhoseini

Hosein is a design technologist currently working as a [Computational] Designer at Heatherwick Studio in London, with previous experiences as an Architectural/Computational designer at Populous and other firms. He holds a master’s degree from the Architectural Association [AA] in the taught master’s program of Emergent Technologies and Design [EmTech]. Previously, he has also worked as a research and design fellow at the Tehran Urban Innovation Center [TUIC] on the future of urbanism while and after completing his BA in Architecture at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran.

Beyond his experience in digital prototyping, his primary research interests explore design innovation, generative algorithms, and machine learning, with a focus on redefining spatial paradigms for a shared global future by means of state-of-the-art technologies through a holistic approach.
